1. Bluewave Digital will have the right to decide whether to offer repair, or replacement unit regarding on the defective unit(s). Each unit that is sent back for dead-on-arrival (DOA) will be inspected to determine if the condition is covered by the warranty agreement.
2. Any unit that is physically damaged or water damaged will not be accepted.
3. All accessories, cords, adapters, and instruction books etc. that were originally shipped with the product must be returned with the original packaging. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
4. It is customers’ responsibility to contact us within the 3 days DOA period (3 days warranty is given from the date item(s) received), as if not done so, customers will need to contact the manufacture for warranty
5. Before returning your unit, you will need to fill in a RMA form. The form must be completed and sent back with the unit for further process. Any merchandise sent without the RMA form will not be accepted. The customers will be responsible before the package arrives for inspection.
6. After the return unit is authorized by an insured carrier, the tracking number is required to be sent to rma@discovergsm.com. As Bluewavedigital.com will not be held responsible for any damages or loss during the shipping process. The package should be securely packed with bubble wraps. Missing items will not be accepted for any returns. Return shipping fees are to be responsible by the customers, and we will cover the fee for sending back the repaired or replacement unit to customers.
